Welcome to our Reading Without Walls 6th Grade Book Challenge
6th Grade Students have been challenged to participate in Reading Without Walls. It is a program designed to encourage students to read something other than what they typically read. The book selection criteria are as follows:
1. Read a book about a character who doesn’t look like you or live like you.
2. Read a book about a topic you don’t know much about.
3. Read a book in a format that you don’t normally read for fun. This might be a chapter book, a graphic novel, a book in verse, a picture book, or a hybrid book.
Once students complete the Book Completion Form, they are able to select a prize from the Prize Table! They receive a ticket for each book form they complete and each Flipgrid or Book Selfie they post. All links and information can be found in their 6th grade Schoology Group Folder under Resources.
